GENERAL INFORMATION

In Stock Items: TRITECH will ship in stock items on all orders received by noon PST. Orders received after 12PM may go out but cannot be guaranteed. TRITECH has shipping locations all across the continental United States.

All other orders have shipping charges calculated at time of shipment. TRITECH usually ships all products via UPS.

Shipping times vary based on ship from location and ship to location. For example, from San Diego to New York takes at least one week. Any questions on online orders can be emailed to: sales@tritech-computers.com. Please email us with any shipping question.

TRITECH COMPUTERS REFUND/RETURN POLICY

SOFTWARE:

TRITECH allows returns of unopened, sealed software packages up to 15 days from the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. TRITECH charges $20.00 restocking fee on any software returned to TRITECH. Refunds will not be given on shipping and handling charges.

To return an item, please email: support@tritech-computers.com. We will issue an RMA number to you and shipping instructions. This RMA number is your authorization to return the product(s) to TRITECH. The RMA number is valid for 15 days only. All shipments to TRITECH without an RMA number will be refused. Shipping and insurance to TRITECH are the responsibility of the customer. Any items lost in transit are the responsibility of the customer.

TRITECH will process all RMA requests within seven days. All returns received at TRITECH will be processed within seven days.

HARDWARE:

Due to the volatile nature of price and technology changes in computer hardware, TRITECH will not accept any returns on computer hardware purchased on the Internet.
